Traditional Shotokan Karate

Traditional Shotokan Karate is a non-contact martial art. No special equipment or padding is needed. We use full speed and controlled power without the harsh contact that other styles encourage. The JKA - St. Cloud is affiliated with the International Traditional Karate Federation (ITKF).

Tuesdays:
6:00-6:30 pm Youth (class held in the gym)
7:30-8:00 pm Beginner (adult or youth 10 years and older)
6:35-7:30 pm Adult
Thursdays:
6:35-7:30 pm Adult
7:30-8:00 pm Beginner (adult or youth 10 years and older)
Ages 7 and younger must have a parent or guardian present.
